What's New With Minden Cricket

Update: August 29, 2025

Those who have purchased the County Championship 1938 will have received v2 today. No changes except the addition on page 7 of a note which states "All Games Were 3 Day Matches" as was the norm at this time. Otherwise no other changes.

We've added the entire 1938 English Summer along with the most recent Sheffield Shield Season.

Hundreds of Advanced Player Cards and Basic Game Ratings covering entire Domestic Seasons as well as another addition to our Classic Ashes Series sets.

We've released a brand new Series Set - Domestic Cricket. The sets are based on a full season and contain Advanced Player Cards and Basic Game Ratings for every player who appeared in a First Class match that year.

Update: August 4, 2025

Incredible series that ended this morning at the Oval. A packed house. 6 weeks, 5 Tests, 25 days, and it came down to the final 55 minutes. A drawn Series in the end but one of the best. Explain that to a non-cricket fan if you can.

Due to a caffeine fuelled working session the Series Set for this 5 Test Match Series is now available.

Even I'm surprised I got it out this fast. ;-)

The Ashes - 1975 - Lillee and Thomo! Series Set has been updated with Basic Ratings, the Optional Bouncer Intimidation Rule. I have also updated the ratings using more recent calculations as the previous set was based on the 4th Edition (and erroneously included the Sp. rating rather than Cond.). Anyone who has previously purchased this Series Set will have received an email with the link to update their set. Others can purchase it by going here.

We'll also provide an occasional teaser about what's coming up (definitely the long awaited and much asked for T20 add-on for Minden Cricket remains on the schedule ... just when it will appears remains the question!).
