MPCC Assistant v0.1.11b

The Minden Playing Card Cricket Assistant (MPCC Assistant) has been created by the very talented Paul Caswell with ongoing data updates by the Minden Cricket publishing team.

Latest release = Version 0.1.10c. Released July 24, 2024.
This version contains data and playing statistics for all Test Players carded for the Advanced version of Minden Cricket from 2020 to 2024. It also includes the Ashes 2023, 2005 and 1981 and two Series Sets (1991 West Indies in England and 1984 England in India). A new sheet, Series Teams, will help the user populate the Teams sheet when setting up new matches. 

Various formatting and Hints and Tips improvements are included and a few formatting issues that caused Error messages have been cleaned up.

The MPCC Assistant is in perpetual beta. While you may ask questions relating to the MPCC Assistant via our web site at mindencricket.com, the MPCC Assistant is used by you at your own risk and is not officially supported by Minden Games or DagboStar Games.

The board game is required in order to use the MPCC Assistant
While the MPCC Assistant automates much of the book work and scoring, and reminds you of player modifications, you still need to know the rules of the game and physically look up the cards and tables provided with the game.

If you encounter an error message - SAVE OFTEN
The MPCC Assistant generally works on most versions of Excel however Error message do occassionally appear. If you see one, save the spreadsheet and, if you can, keep playing. If you wish you can email us the details via the Contact Us form at mindencricket.com. Include the text from the error, what you were doing in the MPCC Assistant and your version of Excel and platform (e.g., Mac or PC).
